  • Up to 2 “micro-projects” per month—examples:

Excludes: Direct staff coaching, or major project execution

Solo operators or teams under 5 who need strategic rhythm and accountability without extra meetings or management layers.

Tier 2: Ops Execution

Execution-level support for teams in growth mode

What’s Included:

  • Ownership and maintenance of your KPI dashboard

  • Facilitation of your quarterly OKR cycle

  • Weekly ops meeting facilitation + backlog triage

  • Coaching for department leads (e.g., marketing, fulfillment, support)

  • Vendor liaison and communication support

Excludes: Work over 12 hrs/month (billed separately)

Best For:

Small-but-growing teams who want consistent execution support and systems guidance without the payroll burden of a full-time hire.

Tier 3: Embedded Leadership

Hands-on ops leadership without the full-time salary

What’s Included:

  • 20–40 hours/month of mixed remote + on-site support

  • Ownership of your operational roadmap + SOP documentation

  • Alignment of cross-departmental processes

  • Input on departmental budgeting, vendor strategy, and hiring

  • 1–2 on-site days per month for team immersion, training, or planning

Excludes: CFO-level finance responsibilities and HR/legal compliance
