Registration, payments including a photo of a paper check, scheduling, standings, and a solver that sorts hundreds of kids into fair teams, balancing grades, quarterbacks, schools, and who needs a familiar face on their roster.

Bible reading that plays like an RPG, and the rebuild that saved it.
Guilds, XP, streaks and character progression. It broke at a hundred users because the business logic lived in database queries. I tore it down and rebuilt it behind a real API, and a native iOS client is now being built on the same contracts.

Who runs the shop
The pattern is always the same: curiosity, then obsession, then "why doesn't this exist?", then it exists.
Years of building software professionally, in C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python, across workers' comp brokerage, donor data pipelines, and youth sports operations. Somewhere in there I noticed I was always the person who looked at a broken system and said I'll just build something better.
I'm not building a unicorn. I'm building a portfolio of things that matter: to me, to the communities I'm part of, and to people with the same problems.
