Relentlessly curious. Unreasonably willing to build.
ShirePath is a builder's studio. I make software and systems for operator-style niches the big SaaS players ignore: private aviation, residential roofing, youth sports, faith communities, personal health, and wherever curiosity takes me next.
What is ShirePath?
A one-person studio that builds, ships, and operates software. Three branches, one builder.
ShirePath Studio
The products. Software and platforms I've built and shipped — from youth sports league management to gamified Bible reading.
ShirePath Workshop
The experiments. What I'm tinkering with, building in the open, and learning from — including the ones that didn't make it.
ShirePath Field
The proving ground. Real businesses I operate — where the software gets stress-tested by 1,500 families, real seasons, and real stakes.
Currently Building
Jettison Air
Charter brokers juggle a dozen disconnected tools: spreadsheets for trips, scattered databases for aircraft specs, PDFs for airport info, email for documents. An operator I work with needed one system that pulls it all together. Off the shelf tools either ignore this niche or try to serve everyone and serve no one well.
Invite-only launchRoof Guru
Roofing contractors run their business out of spreadsheets, paper notebooks, and a couple of Facebook Messenger threads. The off-the-shelf CRMs aim at enterprise field services and miss the specifics of residential roofing: how claims actually work, how crews actually get paid, how a job actually goes from estimate to close. I started with a single Nashville operator and built for their real workflow.
Building v0.1 with a Nashville operatorPersonal Health Engine
I got tired of generic health advice. I want to know what MY body does with the food I eat, correlated with MY sleep and recovery data. So I'm building the thing that connects all the dots.
Mapping the signalsStoryCard
Christmas Story Card proved the concept. Now I'm expanding it to every occasion: weddings, baby announcements, Father's Day, sympathy. All with physical cards that link to digital stories.

I build software for problems that won't leave me alone. If you've got one of those, let's talk.
